Positioned right on Manly’s beachfront Sugar Lounge is a hive of activity that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Bring a friend & soak up the tropical atmosphere.

The evening will begin with Sugar Lounge’s famous Mojitos smashed to perfection (or another cocktail from the cocktail menu) any Share Plate Entrée from the menu including…

• Crisp pork belly bites with jalapeno apple purée
• Cajun spiced squid with chipotle aioli
• Half shell scallops with smoked speck & chilli herb butter
• Crispy wonton cups with braised duck & Asian slaw

 Followed by your choice of main course including…

• Chargrilled tequila swordfish with stir fry vegetables
• Black angus rump, whiskey mushroom sauce with hand cuts & mixed leaf salad
• King prawn & mango salad with bean sprouts, coriander & red onion

 Finished off on a sweet note with a delectable Chef’s Dessert Tasting Platter.

Dinner will be followed by a night in The Grand Ball Room which attracts some of the best local and international DJ’s and acts. Masquerade against the deep red interior with comfortable lounge and booth seating, or join the movers and shakers on the dance floor!
